Senior Event Manager - Remote Position at RevenueCat

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Event Manager to join our remote team at RevenueCat. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and manage our event strategy, impacting hundreds of millions of end-users and helping developers monetize their applications effectively. As a Senior Event Manager, you will lead innovative event programs and drive measurable business impact through both in-person and virtual events.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate on event strategy development and own complex multi-stakeholder projects.
• Design and execute demand generation events that drive qualified pipeline for our Sales team.
• Manage and reimagine various first-party events, including roadshows and workshops.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of RevenueCat’s event ecosystem and identify strategic optimization opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that align events with broader company objectives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of senior-level experience in Event Management within a B2B or B2D SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of leading strategic event initiatives and driving measurable business outcomes.
• Exceptional project management skills with experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong understanding of how events drive pipeline at different stages of the customer journey.
• Experience with developer and technical audiences, particularly mobile app developers.

Nice to Have

• Experience with product-led growth communities and subscription businesses.
• Familiarity with technical conferences and hands-on workshop formats.
