About the Role

We are seeking a Product Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Tremendous. This remote position is ideal for someone enthusiastic about advocating for customers and enhancing their experience with our platform. As a Product Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping Tremendous' voice and defining our support function.

What You'll Do

• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone.
• Become a product expert and serve as a first-level problem solver.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate team while maintaining communication with the affected user.
• Analyze customer feedback trends to assist our product team in prioritizing future projects.
• Update and contribute to our internal knowledge base and external help articles.
• Collaborate with your team to build strong relationships and improve process efficiency.
• Maintain a friendly, compassionate, and solution-oriented approach with users and the Tremendous team.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree.
• 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Effective communication skills, particularly in writing clearly and concisely.
• Composure, patience, and empathy when interacting with users.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and stay organized.
• A proactive, get-things-done attitude.
• Quick learning and adaptability.
• A sense of humor and curiosity about the Tremendous platform/product.
