Requirements

• At least 2 years of first-line engineering management experience, leading teams that delivered significant product outcomes.
• Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to coach, provide feedback, and support career growth.
• Experience in fast-moving environments, helping teams maintain focus and effectiveness amidst changing priorities.
• A solid software engineering background to confidently mentor engineers and contribute to architectural discussions.
• Hands-on experience when needed, with the ability to dive into technical details to unblock or support your team.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS companies, with a track record of building strong teams and reaching ambitious goals.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with TypeScript and Node.js.
