About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist remote to join our team at Ideals, a global B2B SaaS product company. With a mission to enhance business collaboration, we are recognized for our customer-centric approach and trusted by over 2 million users worldwide. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist remote, you will play a crucial role in our ambitious goal of scaling operations, particularly in Sales & Marketing, G&A, and Engineering roles across EMEA and Americas.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end global hiring projects as a TA Specialist and project manager.
  • Co-design the assessment process when needed, including scorecards, interview plans, and evaluation tools.
  • Maintain accurate analytics such as pipeline health, conversion metrics, and quality signals, using insights to improve outcomes.
  • Partner closely with the sourcing team to build strong pipelines and proactively engage top talent.
  • Evaluate candidates’ competencies and values fit using structured methods like screening calls and competency-based interviews.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in global full-cycle recruitment, demonstrating end-to-end hiring ownership.
  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher, both written and spoken.
  • Strong focus on hiring quality, with a structured and deep assessment approach.
  • Commitment to providing a best-in-class candidate experience and maintaining consistently high hiring standards.
  • Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment with high autonomy and full project ownership.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to track funnel metrics, analyze conversion, and leverage insights to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise hiring managers and influence decisions.

Nice to Have

  • Experience hiring GTM roles (e.g., SDR, BDM/AE, CSM) in B2B SaaS.
  • Knowledge of competency-based approaches in interviewing.
  • Strong networking skills.
  • Proficiency in additional languages.
