What You'll Do

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, online, and in-branch, providing comprehensive support.
• Educate customers about our digital services and assist them with transactions.
• Work collaboratively with your team to enhance customer satisfaction and branch performance.
• Participate in virtual training sessions to develop your skills and knowledge.
• Adapt your communication style to meet the diverse needs of our customers.

Requirements

• Strong desire to help customers and make a positive impact in their lives.
• Ability to use digital tools and applications effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a banking or financial services environment.
