Operations Team Member I - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an Operations Team Member I to join our dynamic team at Aramex. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while implementing day-to-day express operations procedures and policies. As an Operations Team Member I, you will ensure the smooth flow of operations, including the receiving and processing of packages, timely deliveries, and system updates.

What You'll Do

• Implement daily operations procedures to ensure efficient package processing.
• Complete custom transit entries on CDS for express bags and high-value exports.
• Utilize InfoAxs for creating consoles and preparing courier MAWB documentation.
• Ensure all shipment documents are accurate and ready for timely dispatch.
• Liaise with ground operators to resolve any issues related to package lodging.
• Adapt to additional duties as assigned based on experience and training.

Requirements

• High School diploma, Junior college, or equivalent education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated leadership behaviors, including collaboration and accountability.

Nice to Have

• Experience in logistics or operations management.
• Familiarity with customs regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing environments.
