What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional service to guests at the bar and One Lounge, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Assist in organizing bar service and collaborate with the department manager to maintain high standards.
• Actively sell Motel One Lounge products to meet sales targets.
• Order food, beverages, and spirits, and manage inventory at the end of the month.
• Work with multicultural teams to gain insights into new areas of activity.

Requirements

• Completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade or relevant professional experience in the hotel/catering industry.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Passion for hospitality and excellent hosting skills.
• Ability to remain calm and quality-focused in stressful situations.
• Team player willing to assist across departments.
