Junior Digital Data Analyst - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Digital Data Analyst to join our team at Globant. This remote Junior Digital Data Analyst position offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in the digital marketing space. You will be part of the Adobe Studio team within the Data & Analytics area, focusing on implementing and maintaining advanced measurement infrastructures for large-scale projects.

What You'll Do

• Execute the measurement strategy under a dual implementation model, ensuring data integrity in environments transitioning toward native Adobe solutions.
• Configure Adobe Launch by creating properties, deploying extensions, and establishing tag-triggering rules.
• Support the development and maintenance of the Solution Design Reference (SDR), ensuring variable mapping aligns with business KPIs.
• Collaborate in the deployment of Adobe Web SDK (Alloy.js), including Datastream configuration and XDM schema modeling.
• Audit and validate Data Layers in complex CMS environments to ensure accurate event data collection.
• Perform technical validation of tracking implementations using debugging tools like Adobe Experience Platform Debugger.
• Build dashboards and analytical panels in Adobe Analysis Workspace for in-depth analysis.
• Execute tagging tasks in hybrid environments where multiple tag management systems coexist.

Requirements

• Approximately 1 year of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, particularly Adobe Analytics.
• Operational knowledge of Adobe Launch and familiarity with Google Tag Manager.
• Basic understanding of JavaScript, CSS selectors, and DOM structures for event tagging.
• Ability to read and execute detailed measurement plans and technical documentation.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Adobe Web SDK / Alloy.js.
• Knowledge of XDM schema design.
• Adobe Certified Professional certifications.
• Ability to reconcile and validate data across different analytics platforms.
