About the Role

We are seeking a Recovery Specialist to join our dynamic team at DLL. This remote Recovery Specialist position offers the chance to take ownership of customer accounts facing payment challenges while influencing financial outcomes and improving processes. What You'll Do

  • Actively manage and drive cases where customers fall behind on payments, including direct outreach and payment negotiations.
  • Execute collection actions end-to-end, from reminders to initiating legal recovery processes.
  • Investigate and resolve customer disputes, coordinating closely with Legal and Sales teams.
  • Evaluate contract statuses and proactively initiate agreement cancellations.
  • Analyze cases and prepare recommendations for write-offs and provisions.
  • Lead bankruptcy and restructuring cases while developing and executing recovery strategies.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Asset Sales, Legal, and external partners to ensure swift case progression.
  • Proactively identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance recovery processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant vocational education with experience in analysis or case management.
  • At least three years of relevant experience in collections, recovery, credit, or legal processing.
  • Proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound, fact-based decisions.
  • Clear communication skills and a professional approach to challenging customer dialogues.
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple cases in parallel.
  • Experience collaborating effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Ability to communicate in Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish.
  • Knowledge of financial statements, corporate finance, and cash flow analyses.
