About the Role

What You'll Do

• Support the Customer Development Pharma Business Unit with new product launches and portfolio management.
• Conduct business and market analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Coordinate digital and e-commerce assets to enhance brand visibility.
• Assist in project coordination and provide general business support.
• Develop a strong understanding of operations within a multinational FMCG environment.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Advertising.
• Previous experience in marketing, particularly in consumer marketing, is a plus.
• Fluent in Italian and English; proficiency in Office Suite or Google Collaboration Tools.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets.
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
