About the Role

We are seeking a Creative Brand Marketer to join our dynamic team at Fireflies.ai. This remote position offers the opportunity to shape our brand narrative and engage audiences across various platforms. As a Creative Brand Marketer, you will operate at the intersection of content creation, storytelling, and brand strategy, helping us transform complex tech products into engaging content that resonates with our audience.

What You'll Do

• Own the creative engine, managing the full creative lifecycle from idea to distribution.
• Develop creative themes and content series that go beyond one-off ads.
• Turn product ideas into clear, engaging visual stories that captivate audiences.
• Source, coach, and manage user-generated content (UGC) creators to align with our brand voice.
• Grow and manage our social media channels as platforms for storytelling and audience engagement.
• Launch and scale our YouTube channel, building repeatable content formats and growth loops.
• Collaborate with designers and production teams to ensure high-quality content delivery.
• Identify and manage influencer collaborations to expand our brand reach.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UGC creator, brand strategist, or content creator for Tech or SaaS brands.
• Strong storytelling and scripting ability with experience in video production workflows.
• Ability to simplify complex tech products and communicate them effectively.
• Confident on-camera presence and presentation skills.
• 10k+ followers on social platforms and content that has reached 1M+ views.
