Content Marketing Manager - AI Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Content Marketing Manager to join Synthflow AI, a leading no-code platform for deploying voice AI agents. In this remote role, you will be responsible for crafting high-impact content that engages enterprise buyers and supports our sales efforts. As a Content Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand and establishing Synthflow as a thought leader in the AI space.

What You'll Do

• Create thought leadership and enterprise content, including white papers, case studies, and research-backed reports that position Synthflow as a category leader.
• Develop sales collateral such as one-pagers and pitch decks to support enterprise deals.
• Manage and oversee content for our LinkedIn company page, collaborating with leadership to craft posts that enhance their credibility as AI thought leaders.
• Ensure clear and consistent messaging across all channels by managing and editing work from writers and influencers.
• Identify and nurture partnerships with strategic partners to grow brand reach, particularly among enterprise buyers.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, with a proven ability to create high-quality white papers, case studies, and long-form content.
• Experience writing for LinkedIn and optimizing content for engagement.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with a smart use of AI tools.
• Excellent collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with sales, design, and product teams.
• Bonus: Experience in CCaaS, Call Center, or Voice AI.
