Compensation Expert - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Compensation Expert to join our team remotely. In this role, you will support the Nemetschek Group with job grading processes, conduct job evaluations, benchmark salary data, and ensure the company’s compensation programs remain competitive, fair, and compliant. As a Compensation Expert, you will partner with all brands to provide data-driven insights and uphold the integrity of internal grade and pay structures.

What You'll Do

  • Participate in global Total Rewards projects, collaborating with HR and business leaders across brands.
  • Conduct job evaluations using Mercer methodology to ensure roles are accurately graded and internally equitable.
  • Maintain and update job description libraries and serve as job evaluation subject matter expert.
  • Collect, analyze, and provide global salary and benefits benchmarking data to all brands, using market survey sources.
  • Monitor market trends in compensation and share actionable insights with HR and business leaders.
  • Recommend adjustments to pay structures to maintain market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Support the annual and off-cycle merit increase processes.
  • Deliver compensation education and training to HR and line management as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in HR and/or Economics.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in HR compensation & benefits.
  • Fluent English knowledge.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving skillset.
