Business Analyst - Remote Opportunity at Rolex

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Information Systems department at Rolex. This remote Business Analyst position will be responsible for functional oversight of a portion of the application scope that meets business needs in the areas of digital mock-up modeling (CAD) and Control Programming tools (CAI). As a Business Analyst remote, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our software solutions and ensuring they align with our strategic IT deployment.

What You'll Do

• Identify and analyze business needs to propose effective software solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with the IT strategy for rationalization and integration.
• Oversee the digital development cycle and software evolution in partnership with our suppliers.
• Maintain operational integrity of the applications you are responsible for, working closely with internal teams (Infrastructure, Security, Network, Client Workstation).
• Utilize your expertise in CAD and CAI tools to enhance our operational capabilities.

Requirements

• Engineering degree with a specialization in Industrial Systems.
• 5 years of experience in CAD administration.
• Proficiency in CREO (PTC) or METROLOG (Metrologic Group) applications.
• Strong skills in software integration within an industrial IT environment.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent synthesis and stress management skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
