About the Role

We are looking for a Senior UI Designer to join our team at AGCO, where you will play a crucial role in shaping user experiences that feed the world. This Senior UI Designer remote position allows you to bring your creativity and user-centered thinking to every digital experience. You will design intuitive and visually compelling interfaces that make complex information easy to navigate.

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality, intuitive, and visually consistent user interface designs that support our overall digital product strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and UX to ensure seamless design-to-development alignment.
• Create intuitive, visually cohesive interfaces that simplify complexity and deliver a seamless user experience.
• Build scalable UI components and contribute to robust design system standards.
• Develop interactive prototypes and refine designs using data, testing, and continuous feedback loops.
• Apply accessibility standards and platform guidelines to deliver inclusive, compliant, and user-friendly digital experiences.
• Understand front-end constraints and provide clear specifications to support high-quality implementation.
• Coach and support junior designers, fostering a collaborative team culture and helping grow design capabilities across the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 5-7 years of experience as a UI Designer.
• Strong expertise in user-centered visual and interaction design.
• Experience with design systems and component thinking.
• Proficiency in rapid prototyping and iteration.
• Knowledge of accessibility and compliance standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
• Ability to coach and develop junior designers.

Nice to Have

• Experience with front-end development technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience in the AgTech industry.
