As a Pastry Chef A', you will bring your passion for pastry and dessert preparation to life in our fine dining establishment, MAKRIS Athens. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside a Michelin-starred culinary team and create exquisite dessert experiences that delight our guests.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and present high-quality pastry and dessert creations according to MAKRIS standards and recipes.
• Assist in the development and execution of seasonal dessert menus in collaboration with the Pastry Chef and culinary team.
• Ensure consistency, creativity, and attention to detail in all pastry preparations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient pastry station at all times.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory management.
• Support the kitchen team during service to ensure smooth and timely delivery of dishes.

Requirements

• Culinary or Pastry Arts diploma will be considered an asset.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Proven experience as Pastry Chef de Partie / Pastry A in a fine-dining restaurant or luxury hotel.
• Strong knowledge of modern pastry techniques and dessert presentation.
• Passion for gastronomy and creativity in dessert preparation.
