RTM System Administrator - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated RTM System Administrator to join our team remotely. This role is essential for maintaining and administrating our sales systems, ensuring that our sales teams have the necessary tools and insights to succeed. As an RTM System Administrator, you will play a crucial role in creating user accounts, updating product information, and providing first-level support to our sales team. What You'll Do
- Maintain and administer sales systems, including user account creation and permissions management.
- Regularly update product data, questionnaires, and equipment information.
- Act as the first level of support for the sales team, generating timely and accurate sales reports and analyses.
- Monitor the performance of the sales department and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the development and maintenance of incentive systems for field sales, creating educational programs and conducting training sessions.
- Participate in setting monthly and quarterly sales targets, tracking their achievement, and managing key databases.
- Administer digital bulletin boards, FSM dashboards, and update reports in Tableau/Power BI tools.
Requirements
- Completed university degree (VSS).
- 1 year of experience in similar roles.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Responsible and able to meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Nice to Have
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Knowledge of sales processes and systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
