IP Paralegal - Remote Opportunity in iGaming

About the Role

We are seeking an IP Paralegal - Remote to join our dynamic team at Bally’s Intralot. This position offers a unique opportunity to work within the rapidly evolving iGaming industry, where you will support our Intellectual Property team in a variety of legal and administrative tasks. As an IP Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the protection of our intellectual property rights while gaining valuable experience in a hybrid work environment.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the enforcement of Bally’s Intralot IP rights, including online brand monitoring and drafting takedown notices.
• Provide day-to-day support for the trade mark portfolio, including filings, renewals, and managing deadlines.
• Help prepare intra-group IP agreements by drafting and proofreading legal documents.
• Support trade mark clearance searches and prepare IP schedules and reports.
• Manage the domain name portfolio and assist in acquiring new domain names.
• Conduct font licensing reviews and assist with the implementation of the company’s font policy.
• Support the responsible use of AI tools by assessing AI-related IP risks.
• Provide general administrative support, including filing, preparing documents, and organizing team events.

Requirements

• Completed a law degree or Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL).
• At least 12 months of experience as an IP paralegal.
• Experience in a professional office environment and proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong commercial awareness.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the iGaming or technology sectors.
• Familiarity with AI-related IP issues.
• Strong interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
