• Oversee property operations to maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
• Address complex resident issues and disputes, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
• Monitor local market trends to refine marketing and leasing strategies.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance deficiencies.
• Utilize advanced property management software to streamline operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of five years of progressive experience in property management.
• At least three years in a management role overseeing multiple properties.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and variance analysis.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi or RealPage.
• Ability to analyze complex operational situations and make timely decisions.
