Business Analyst - Remote Opportunity at Henco

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst remote to join our dynamic team at Henco. As a key player in our organization, you will translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring that our processes, systems, and technologies align with our strategic goals. This Business Analyst remote position offers you the chance to work with a leading European manufacturer of high-quality pipes, fittings, and accessories.

What You'll Do

• Understand business processes through discussions with stakeholders and identify areas for improvement.
• Draft technical specifications and user stories that meet business needs, collaborating closely with the development team.
• Create clear process documentation and visual aids to enhance understanding.
• Coordinate projects from concept to implementation, including testing of new systems.
• Conduct performance analyses and propose process improvements and digitalization initiatives.
• Organize workshops, explain changes, and train colleagues on new systems.
• Support the implementation of new systems/technologies and ensure a smooth transition.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with ERP D365FO is essential.
• Several years of experience as a business analyst in an IT environment.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Visio.
• Proactive, flexible, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
• Customer-focused with the ability to understand the needs of the organization and its users.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of process automation tools.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools.
