About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Knowledge Manager to join our team at Diebold Nixdorf. What You'll Do

• Promote knowledge sharing of Diebold Nixdorf's information and experience.
• Establish data systems to capitalize on the knowledge of team members.
• Coordinate with various departments to understand data and information requirements.
• Partner with subject matter experts to extract and disseminate knowledge effectively.
• Develop and manage knowledge management systems to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Monitor and evaluate systems and content effectiveness.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in Knowledge Management.
• Good business English skills (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with Knowledge Management concepts and practices.
• Ability to work with subject matter experts and end users.

Nice to Have

• Experience in content development and database management.
• Knowledge of data management tools and applications.
• Experience in monitoring and evaluating content effectiveness.
