Process Engineer - Cleaning Validation & Continuous Improvement (Cosmetics)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer - Cleaning Validation & Continuous Improvement (Cosmetics) to join our team at Eurofins PSS Insourcing Solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while contributing to the optimization and validation of cleaning processes in the cosmetics production sector. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality and safety in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

What You'll Do

• Lead technical cleaning projects, focusing on the improvement and validation of cleaning processes.
• Analyze root causes and resolve issues related to cleaning validation.
• Manage investigations (INV) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) linked to the cleaning process.
• Ensure the execution of projects that impact client performance and results, such as optimizing cleaning procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production, or Quality.
• Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Validation experience in pharmaceutical or cosmetic processes, particularly in cleaning validation.
• Strong scientific rigor and autonomy.
• Ability to work in English and adapt to various challenges.
