Senior Account Executive - B2B Payments
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our rapidly growing team at Two. As a Senior Account Executive remote, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the B2B payments landscape. Your mission will be to drive sales and foster relationships with high-value prospects, ensuring a seamless transition from lead generation to deal closure. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced startup environment where your contributions will directly impact our growth trajectory.
What You'll Do
- Own the complete sales cycle, from sourcing leads to closing deals, targeting enterprise and mid-sized customers in Sweden.
- Champion Two’s brand in the Swedish market, tailoring our approach to local needs.
- Develop and execute outbound strategies to onboard new merchants into the Two ecosystem.
- Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and effectively communicate the value of our B2B payment solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and finance to enhance customer experiences.
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to refine our product offerings and go-to-market strategies.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management using CRM tools.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in payments, e-commerce, or SaaS.
- University degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- A driven individual with a hunter mentality, eager to develop new contacts and leads while nurturing existing relationships.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing complex sales processes and engaging multiple stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, adaptable to various audiences.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English is mandatory.
