About the Role

We are seeking an Engineering Manager (Product) to join our innovative team at Accurx. This Engineering Manager remote position offers a unique opportunity to lead a mission-driven team dedicated to transforming healthcare communication. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between ambitious product visions and technical execution, ensuring that our solutions are user-focused and scalable.

What You'll Do

• Lead a cross-functional pod focused on core products such as AI Scribe and Care Access, ensuring high-quality software development.
• Drive technical execution by turning product visions into reality, maintaining a focus on system design and architecture.
• Foster a collaborative environment where engineers can thrive, navigating complex challenges and promoting inclusive teamwork.
• Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to protect your team’s focus and well-being.
• Act as a high-level technical partner, guiding engineers through their growth journeys and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in building high-traffic software, with experience in C#, .NET, or Java preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in user-centric, multidisciplinary teams, collaborating closely with Product, UX, and Design.
• Ability to translate complex technical challenges into clear strategies for stakeholders.
• Experience in agile environments, providing clarity and structure for teams to achieve their goals.
• Track record of managing the full employee journey, from recruitment to coaching high performers.

Nice to Have

• Experience with healthcare technology or similar industries.
• Familiarity with AI-driven applications and their implementation in healthcare.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of user needs in a healthcare context.
