Associate Director of Medical Information - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Director of Medical Information to join our team at EVERSANA. This remote position is crucial in supporting the safe and effective use of pharmaceutical products by providing timely, scientifically balanced information to healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers.

What You'll Do

• Manage and mentor a team of Medical Information Specialists, ensuring high performance and adherence to KPIs.
• Oversee client management and operations, ensuring deliverables meet expectations.
• Develop and execute operational strategies for the Medical Information Contact Center (MICC).
• Act as a liaison with client stakeholders, managing all aspects related to services provided.
• Provide medical information support and triage inquiries from various channels.

Requirements

• Master of Science (MSc) degree in Life Sciences or healthcare.
• 5+ years of experience in Medical Information or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of EMA and local regulations affecting medical communications.
• Ability to motivate and manage individuals effectively.

Nice to Have

• Advanced Healthcare Degree (PharmD or equivalent).
• Experience in strategic thinking and project management.
• Fluency in English plus another European language.
