Sales and Service Administrator - Remote Option Available

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Sales and Service Administrator to join our team at Bruker. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid model, allowing you to balance your time between our office in Rivas-Vaciamadrid and remote work. As a Sales and Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business development activities, ensuring efficient order processing and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Provide comprehensive sales and service administration support to Bruker Optics in Spain.
  • Coordinate new order bookings from purchase orders to scheduling system installations to ensure fast revenue recognition.
  • Prepare and complete documentation necessary for processing sales orders and change orders.
  • Manage customer orders, product pricing, daily invoicing, and end-of-month processing.
  • Assist in sales reporting and provide business development support using SAP and Salesforce.
  • Handle customer queries regarding invoices and claims, including E-Invoicing.
  • Support audits and compliance activities related to Sales Operations.
  • Maintain service contracts and invoicing, and coordinate spare parts stock.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a technical or customer-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems; familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Financial insight and the ability to manage material and master data in SAP.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the life sciences or diagnostics industry.
  • Knowledge of logistics functions and coordination with couriers.
  • Ability to assist field service engineers and manage quotations for spare parts.
