About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team remotely. What You'll Do
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs to ensure effective skill acquisition and behavioral improvement.
- Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff members.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with clinical standards.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid BCBA certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in behavior analysis, particularly with ASD clients.
- Strong knowledge of ABA techniques and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload effectively.
Nice to Have
- Experience with telehealth services.
- Familiarity with ADOS-2 and ADIR assessments.
- Leadership experience in a clinical setting.
