About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AVP-Regional Investment Alignment to join our team remotely. In this role, you will lead strategic alignment between Business Planning HQ and Circles/Regions on network demand planning, investment prioritization, and infrastructure monetization to maximize commercial returns. As an AVP-Regional Investment Alignment, you will drive end-to-end business case governance for new site rollout, optimization initiatives, and replacement programs, ensuring capital efficiency and revenue impact.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the central strategic partner for Circles, B2B, Technology, and commercial stakeholders in translating market demand into scalable network investment plans.
  • Own performance management framework for site ROI, utilization, and monetization outcomes through data-driven dashboards and executive-level insights.
  • Strengthen data integrity and planning accuracy by governing LACCI tracking, unmapped CDR resolution, and cross-team alignment with network analytics teams.
  • Proactively identify demand gaps, growth hotspots, and optimization opportunities to support revenue growth, cost efficiency, and long-term network strategy.
  • Lead strategic discussions to align investment priorities with business objectives and market needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience (preferably 7 years) in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong skills in Cellular Business Demand Management and Negotiation.
  • Experience in Customer Experience Management and Business Case Development.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Advanced MS Office, SQL, GCP & Big Data Analysis.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with advanced mapping tools.
  • Familiarity with telecom market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
