About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Engineer to join our innovative team in the renewable energy sector. This AI Solutions Engineer remote position focuses on designing and deploying intelligent automation systems, particularly in language-based AI technologies and autonomous agent development.

What You'll Do

• Work hands-on with cutting-edge AI technologies to solve real-world engineering challenges.
• Adapt and deploy sophisticated machine learning systems to meet specific operational requirements.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to embed intelligence into existing platforms.
• Interpret complex datasets to inform model training and refinement.
• Ensure deployed systems perform reliably at scale while maintaining ethical standards and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in applied machine learning or AI development.
• Strong coding ability, particularly in Python.
• Solid grounding in ML algorithms, neural networks, and data processing techniques.
• Familiarity with modern AI toolkits and transformer-based architectures.
• A relevant degree in computing, data science, or a related discipline.
