About the Role

We are seeking an Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) / Project Manager to support a long-term, fully remote engagement totaling 1,090 hours with potential for extension. This remote Project Manager role will work closely with client engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to drive effective Agile delivery and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as Scrum Master for Agile delivery teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum values, principles, and best practices.
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coach and mentor engineering teams, product owners, and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Support and adapt Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe based on team and organizational needs.
  • Track, analyze, and report on Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time) to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Proactively identify, manage, and remove impediments impacting team progress.
  • Mediating conflicts and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
  • Communicate effectively with engineers, product owners, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Utilize Jira to manage Agile workflows, reporting, and visibility.

Requirements

  • Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) certification.
  • Deep understanding of the Scrum framework, Agile values, and principles.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Working knowledge of software development lifecycles and technical environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new teams, projects, and organizational cultures.
  • Willingness to share knowledge and mentor internal staff.
