Account Executive - Remote Sales for Global SaaS Leader
About the Role
We are hiring an Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Deel. As an Account Executive remote, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams, and we are on a mission to unlock global opportunities for every person, team, and business.
What You'll Do
- Drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, focusing on mid-market customers (200 to 2,000 employees).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of Deel's IT solutions.
- Utilize your experience in IT SaaS sales to navigate complex commercial deals and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to build strong sales pipelines.
- Forecast sales results accurately and identify gaps in your pipeline to ensure you are ahead of the curve.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience in a quota-carrying role, ideally within the IT SaaS sector.
- Proven track record of success in B2B software sales, with a focus on net new logo acquisition.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
- Strong ownership mindset and passion for Deel's mission and products.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM), Identity Access Management (IAM), or SaaS procurement.
- Previous involvement in a successful startup or high-growth company.
- Familiarity with sales automation tools and CRM systems.
