Stockroom Supervisor - Retail Management

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Stockroom Supervisor to join our team at Cosmos Sport Paphos (Neon mall). As a Stockroom Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing stock operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment while being part of a passionate team.

What You'll Do

• Ensure timely receipting of deliveries and accurate processing of stock to the sales floor.
• Maintain the integrity of the stock file through accurate pricing and coding.
• Process customer orders according to company standards and meet specified delivery timelines.
• Handle stock returns and transfers to other branches as needed.
• Keep the operational back areas clean, organized, and tidy.

Requirements

• Passion for sports and fashion.
• Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in stock management or supervisory roles.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems.
