Field Services Engineer - Remote Support for Financial Services

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Field Services Engineer to join our team remotely. This Field Services Engineer remote position plays a crucial role in providing hands-on technical support and engineering expertise across our global end-user computing environment. You will ensure that employees receive reliable, secure, and high-performing technology services, enabling them to focus on their core business activities.

What You'll Do

• Provide hands-on, on-site end user support for employees and meeting room technologies.
• Build, configure, and maintain Windows and macOS endpoints using modern device management platforms.
• Manage endpoint configuration, deployment, and lifecycle management through Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Package, deploy, and support applications across managed devices.
• Support and administer Microsoft 365 services, ensuring effective collaboration and access to business systems.
• Manage user access and permissions, adhering to strict Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes.
• Support identity and authentication services including Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Perform deep technical troubleshooting, identifying root causes through structured investigation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a desktop engineering or End User Computing engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and experience with MFA and SSO.
• In-depth experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 services, including Office 365 and SharePoint Online.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience working within a regulated IT environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Netskope SASE security products.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and Cisco Meraki technologies.
• Experience in enterprise or financial services environments.
