About the Role

We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team at CCR Commercial Refrigeration. This is a remote opportunity where you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our service operations run smoothly and efficiently. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating service interventions, assigning technicians based on their expertise and availability, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and coordinate service activities, including scheduled interventions, urgent repairs, and upgrades.
  • Effectively assign service technicians based on their expertise, availability, and location.
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates on the status of their orders and address urgent requests.
  • Collaborate with Area Leaders to resolve recurring or technically challenging repairs.
  • Coordinate service planning during technician vacations and absences.
  • Monitor and optimize technician productivity in the field and actively reduce unproductive time.
  • Manage orders in the SAP system, including validation, tracking progress, and closing orders.
  • Actively manage Work In Progress and participate in minimizing open orders.
  • Work closely with Remote Monitoring Center and Customer Care teams.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs, response times, and overall service quality.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills and a systematic approach to planning.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in planning technical service or dispatching is advantageous.
  • Technical awareness of service activities and repairs.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, ideally with experience in SAP.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with technicians, customers, and internal partners.
  • Experience in managing SLAs and customer expectations is a plus.
  • Fluency in Czech and basic English skills.
