Senior Employment Lawyer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Employment Lawyer to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Senior Employment Lawyer, you will take on the responsibility of negotiating with employee representatives and shaping complex projects as an expert in labor law. Your contributions will actively support our future strategy, both in your area of expertise and across departments.

What You'll Do

• Advise our HR units on all matters related to individual and collective labor law.
• Evaluate the relevance of legislative initiatives, case law, and collective agreements, providing clear recommendations for action.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement decisions within the company.
• Ensure effective communication tailored to the audience.
• Participate in negotiations with employee representatives, fostering a trusting working relationship.
• Utilize your negotiation skills to navigate complex legal scenarios effectively.
• Contribute to cross-departmental projects, leveraging your expertise in labor law.
• Support the development of a positive workplace culture through legal guidance and support.

Requirements

• Completed law degree with above-average success (1st and 2nd state examinations).
• Relevant professional experience in individual and collective labor law.
• Strong negotiation skills and a passion for fostering collaborative relationships with employee representatives.
• Confident personality with excellent conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to quickly grasp and clearly present complex issues.
