A400M MRO Competence Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced A400M MRO Competence Manager to join our team at Airbus. This remote opportunity allows you to manage and maintain the various qualification profiles of our technical personnel in the A400M MRO sector. As an A400M MRO Competence Manager, you will ensure that our technical staff achieves and maintains all necessary qualifications to perform aircraft and component work in compliance with applicable regulations.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the qualification profiles within the A400M MRO sector.
• Monitor personnel profiles in the competence management system (IQP).
• Create individual training plans for new staff and ongoing training.
• Coordinate and monitor on-the-job training (OJT).
• Organize various external training sessions.
• Plan annual training needs and derive the necessary training budget.
• Collaborate with colleagues in Wunstorf and Langenhagen.
• Work with external training providers to enhance staff capabilities.

Requirements

• Commercial or technical vocational training or equivalent.
• Certification as Certifying Staff, Master Craftsman, or Business Administrator.
• Knowledge of aircraft technology and maintenance, specifically A400M.
• Familiarity with Part 145 and Part 66 regulations and qualification manuals.
• Experience with SAP, IQP, and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in German and advanced English skills.
