Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge as a Web3 Marketing Specialist remote? At STORM Partners, we are looking for a sharp communicator with a creative edge and a passion for emerging technologies. As a leading Blockchain Professional Service Provider, often referred to as the 'McKinsey of Web3', we are positioned to make a significant impact in the industry. You will be part of our fast-moving Growth & Marketing team, contributing to high-impact campaigns across the firm, our corporate innovation sandbox Lightningbox, and our Geneva-based community hub Decentral House.

What You'll Do

  • Create and publish multi-platform content including LinkedIn posts, newsletters, blogs, and landing pages.
  • Manage ongoing campaigns and growth initiatives across STORM Partners and Decentral House.
  • Assist in the promotion of research reports and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Help manage social media presence and engagement analytics.
  • Collaborate with legal, strategy, design, and research teams to ensure cohesive messaging.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in similar environments, ideally in marketing or creative strategy.
  • Strong written English skills and an instinct for storytelling.
  • Genuine interest in Web3 technologies and marketing.
  • Familiarity with tools like Asana, Notion, ChatGPT, or similar.
  • Self-driven, organized, and comfortable in a remote setup.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with digital media and innovation ecosystems.
  • Experience in community management and engagement strategies.
  • Understanding of data analytics and its application in marketing.
