Project Manager - EV Charging Infrastructure (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager - EV Charging Infrastructure to join our team remotely. In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of EV charging infrastructure projects, contributing to our mission of optimizing energy systems and reducing carbon emissions. With the world’s most comprehensive decarbonization system, you will play a key role in helping companies and countries achieve sustainability goals.

What You'll Do

• Manage EV charging infrastructure projects from kick-off to commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Plan and track project timelines, milestones, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Act as the main point of contact for sales, delivery, installers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with technical, safety, regulatory, and permitting requirements.
• Manage risks, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee site readiness, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and stakeholder updates.
• Support continuous improvement of project processes and delivery standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in EV charging, energy, construction, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience managing external suppliers, installers, and service providers.
• Good understanding of electrical infrastructure and construction site coordination.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
