Online Brand Merchandiser - E-Commerce Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an Online Brand Merchandiser to join our dynamic team at A.S. Watson Group. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the online success of our brands on Kruidvat.nl, Kruidvat.be, and Trekpleister.nl. As an Online Brand Merchandiser, you will represent one of our top online suppliers and contribute to the growth of their brands both online and in our stores. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with suppliers and colleagues from various departments including Online Business, Marketing, Trading, and Logistics. Every day will present new challenges and opportunities to enhance our online presence.

What You'll Do

• Build beloved brands by working with colleagues from different departments to enhance the online visibility and growth of your supplier's products.
• Present results to suppliers and develop new plans to optimize product visibility on our websites.
• Coordinate the online campaign calendar and manage the collection and publication of necessary content.
• Analyze customer journeys using data from sales analyses, Contentsquare, and Google Analytics to create actionable improvement plans.
• Oversee the presentation of new product lines on the website, ensuring they are showcased effectively.
• Act as an ambassador for your supplier, ensuring alignment between the purchasing team and Online Business plans.
• Contribute to the launch of product introductions and optimize online actions based on thorough analyses.
• Collaborate within a vibrant team of 13 individuals, focusing on teamwork, enjoyment, and continuous growth.

Requirements

• A completed degree at least at the HBO level in Communication, Commercial Economics, or Marketing.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in an Online Business or E-Commerce environment.
• Familiarity with SEO, Search Console, and Google Analytics is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with colleagues.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately, as your work directly impacts our webshops.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to generate ideas and improvement proposals.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a collaborative approach to achieving success.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online merchandising best practices.

• A competitive salary ranging from €3,260 to €4,300 gross per month, depending on experience, for a full-time workweek of 40 hours.
