About the Role

We are seeking a VP of Strategic Partnerships to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As the VP of Strategic Partnerships, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth strategy through building and nurturing key relationships. This position offers the unique opportunity to influence our direction and impact in the B2B SaaS industry.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic partnership initiatives that align with our business goals.
  • Identify and engage potential partners to expand our market reach and enhance our service offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and execution of partnership agreements.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform partnership strategies.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with partners to maximize mutual benefits.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing partners to drive engagement and retention.
  • Monitor and report on partnership performance, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our partnership initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships or business development, preferably in the B2B SaaS sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience in a leadership role, demonstrating the ability to influence and drive change.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Master's degree (MBA preferred) in Business Administration or a related field.
