Business Intelligence Analyst - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence Analyst remote to join our dynamic team at Swans. If you live and breathe data and love building clarity out of chaos, this is your role. You won’t be just one cog in a 15-person data team; you’ll own the full data lifecycle end-to-end, from raw extraction to compelling, insightful dashboards that drive key decisions for our clients.

What You'll Do

• Take fragmented, messy data from disconnected tools and systems and turn it into a single source of operational truth.
• Own the full data lifecycle: extraction, cleaning, transformation, modeling, and visualization.
• Deliver dashboards and insights that give decision-makers a clear picture of what’s happening in their business.
• Layer in automation and AI where they make the data smarter and fresher.
• Be a strategic data partner who can take a business problem, trace it back to the data, and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a BI, data analyst, or analytics engineering role.
• Proven ownership of the full data lifecycle.
• Experience with CRM and PM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI).
• Professional English fluency at a B2 level minimum.

Nice to Have

• Client-facing experience.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or agencies.
• Exposure to AI/GenAI applied to data workflows.
