What You'll Do

  • Contribute to the overall business direction as a member of the leadership team.
  • Focus on pipeline generation through both sales-led and self-serve motions.
  • Build and nurture a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
  • Integrate AI into marketing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Champion a test-driven approach to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in demand generation or growth marketing.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing marketing teams in a growth-stage startup environment.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to build models that drive resource allocation.
  • A founder mentality, with a strategic point of view and the ability to challenge assumptions.
  • Excellent written communication skills, suitable for an async, documentation-first culture.
