Senior Project Manager - Construction Consultancy

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team at Mace, a leading construction consultancy. This Senior Project Manager remote position offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage complex projects while ensuring quality and compliance. You will play a critical role in delivering projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects align with our high standards and client expectations.

What You'll Do

• Embed Mace’s Health, Safety, and Wellbeing (HSW) framework into all projects.
• Deliver end-to-end project management, assuring quality and programme certainty.
• Exercise integrity in governance, managing budgets, risks, and sustainable business outcomes.
• Lead and develop project teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Resource and manage project teams, ensuring effective procurement and stakeholder engagement.
• Align project outcomes with scope, quality, safety, and KPIs.
• Control budgets and manage changes while ensuring proper documentation and handover.

Requirements

• Substantial project management experience on medium to complex projects.
• Experience across all construction delivery phases.
• Chartered or working towards MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE, or local equivalent.
• Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience, with a valid CSCS (or equivalent).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
