What You'll Do

• Define visual expression and interface design for digital products and services, ensuring a consistent and visually appealing user experience.
• Translate brand guidelines and design systems into clear, functional visual solutions aligned with an omnichannel strategy.
• Collaborate closely with product and development teams to ensure aesthetic and technical coherence in every delivery.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Utilize prototyping and interface design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform design decisions.
• Stay updated with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies, employing Design Thinking and Human-Centered Design principles.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Visual Designer or UI Designer.
• Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing various projects.
• Experience in Motion Design, Design Systems, Atomic Design, and creating patterns and components for digital products.
• Solid experience in responsive web and app design.
• Excellent visual design skills with a sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Robust portfolio/book that impresses us!

Nice to Have

• Experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Knowledge of visual flows in interfaces beyond apps, web, and ATMs.
