- Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards.
- Support document collection, license verification, and background checks.
- Track recruitment funnel metrics like application rates and time-to-hire.
- Recommend improvements for hiring workflows and sourcing efficiency.
Requirements
- 1+ years of recruitment experience, particularly in healthcare.
- Proficient in sourcing candidates creatively using social media and job boards.
- Experience with tools like CareerPlug, HelloHire, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Understanding of healthcare credentialing and compliance tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable working 100% remotely with a reliable setup.
- Willingness to work in a US time zone schedule.
