UX Researcher - Remote Trading Experience Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a talented UX Researcher - Remote to join our dynamic Product Management team at Crypto.com. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving product initiatives from inception through execution, impacting the trading experience for our global user base. Your research will directly shape the trading interfaces used by professionals worldwide, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about design and trading.

What You'll Do

• Design and run research studies including interviews, usability tests, and surveys to understand trader needs and behaviors.
• Evaluate design quality through heuristic reviews and usability testing, providing actionable feedback to enhance user experience.
• Translate research findings into compelling insights that inform product decisions and improve UX.
• Collaborate with designers to test prototypes early, ensuring that we ship better products faster.
• Present research findings to cross-functional teams, fostering empathy for users across the organization.
• Establish research operations, recruit participants, and build best practices for ongoing research efforts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of UX research experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or complex B2B products.
• Strong understanding of design principles and the ability to evaluate interface quality effectively.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a portfolio showcasing the impact of your research on product design.
• Curiosity and learning agility; you should be able to quickly become a domain expert in trading.
• A Bachelor's degree in HCI, Psychology, Design, Cognitive Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to Have

• Experience with trading concepts such as order books, limit orders, and technical indicators.
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma.
• Previous experience conducting research for professional tools.
