About the Role

We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Search Engine Optimisation Specialist to join Rentokil Initial, a leading global support services company. This SEO Specialist remote role will allow you to leverage your expertise in organic search to enhance our digital presence across multiple platforms. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our websites to drive lead flow and improve search visibility.

What You'll Do

• Lead, plan, and execute SEO strategies across Rentokil Initial and subsidiary brands to enhance organic search performance.
• Conduct keyword and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in our organic search landscape.
• Collaborate with the Digital Performance Team to implement SEO best practices and monitor website performance.
• Assist in the rollout of new digital projects and support the development of SEO management processes.
• Provide technical SEO support and troubleshooting for international markets.
• Utilize tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, and GA4 to analyze performance and propose actionable recommendations.
• Stay updated with SEO industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure best practices are maintained.
• Work closely with the Customer Experience team to ideate and implement organic search improvements that drive conversions.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and local search strategies.
• Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office or Google Apps.
• Familiarity with content management systems and web content creation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Undergraduate degree or qualification in Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of image manipulation tools like Photoshop.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
