Technical Trainer - Flexible Production (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Trainer - Flexible Production to join our dynamic team at Witzenmann. In this role, you will be responsible for training and coaching production staff, ensuring a safe and efficient production environment. As a Technical Trainer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the technical skills of our operators while contributing to a culture of safety and quality.

What You'll Do

• Conduct technical training sessions for production employees, focusing on flexible production techniques.
• Coach existing operators to improve their technical skills and knowledge.
• Implement training plans and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Actively participate in improvement teams to enhance production processes.
• Serve as the first point of contact for operators during process disruptions.
• Coordinate production activities during shifts in the absence of the shift leader.

Requirements

• Experience in a production environment, preferably in the metal sector.
• Proactive and analytical mindset with a strong focus on safety and quality.
• Familiarity with lean techniques and production processes.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with digital reporting.
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English (speaking, writing, and reading).
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system (early/late).

Nice to Have

• Experience with training methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Knowledge of ergonomic practices in manufacturing.
• Background in coaching or mentoring roles.
