About the Role

Join Timocom as a trainee in Dialogue Marketing and gain valuable experience in a remote internship. As a Dialogue Marketing Clerk, you will be part of our international Customer Service team, where you will support our diverse customer base and enhance customer satisfaction through quality service.

What You'll Do

  • Experience customer service for our international clientele.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Be the main point of contact for our international customers.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through quality service.
  • Perform general administrative tasks in direct customer contact.
  • Receive attractive training compensation (1st year: 1,150€, 2nd year: 1,220€, 3rd year: 1,300€).

Requirements

  • (Fach-)Hochschulreife or successful completion of Fachoberschulreife.
  • Fluent in German and good English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Reliable, engaged, and eager to learn.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in customer service or marketing roles.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Interest in logistics and technology.
