This role is crucial as you will be responsible for architecting our product's "Golden Path" and creating a world-class documentation experience for our users. As a Senior Technical Writer, you will work in a remote-first culture, collaborating with a distributed team globally.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation that enhances user experience.
• Implement industry-standard structures like the Diátaxis framework to ensure clarity and usability.
• Lead the consolidation of onboarding journeys into a singular "Golden Path" for users.
• Collaborate closely with DevRel, Engineering, and Product teams for documentation testing and feedback.
• Manage the lifecycle of versioned, open-source, and platform documentation to keep it up-to-date and relevant.
• Anticipate friction points in the user journey and provide innovative content solutions.
• Foster an open-minded work environment that values diverse perspectives and contributions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Writing or Developer Documentation.
• Deep, hands-on experience with Kubernetes environments.
• Open-minded professional willing to adapt documentation practices.
• Strong ability to anticipate user needs and friction points.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
